This is a hands on role focused on individual contribution, strong execution, creativity, and day-to-day involvement within our growing in-house creative team. We are looking for a talented designer who is passionate about creating high-quality visual work and collaborating closely with different teams across the business. The role is full-time and office based in Limassol , Cyprus. Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality visual content across multiple platforms (web, print, digital, social media, presentations, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as part of the marketing team (product, UX/UI, and developers)
- Contribute to concept development and visual storytelling
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience working as a Graphic, Visual, or Web Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work across a range of media
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and experience with AI tools. 3D software is a plus
- Familiarity with branding, web design, marketing design, and digital advertising formats
- Industry-specific experience in fintech is a plus
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Interview steps
