At ING we are looking for a Social Media Specialist We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our Social Media Team of CoE Brand Experience. The responsibility of this team is supporting the entire content and social media strategy and our way of working is passionate and honest. Your key responsibilities: As a Social Media Specialist you will: Help in the definition and execution of the content strategy. Define useful and attractive audiovisual content for our different communication channels. Create content schedules. Coordinate content production and management with external partners. Prepare reports and monitoring reports and results. Coordinate and assist the team of community managers. Participate in the design and management of crisis communication plans. Develop brand campaigns on social networks. Review and validate content, both textual and audiovisual. Translate insights from business tribes into pieces of content relevant to our audiences, both clients and non-clients. Creation of briefings for creative teams and agencies, preparation of feedback and iterations. Analyze social searches and propose GEO optimized contents Align paid media strategy to reach social media objectives. Review audiovisual content scripts to ensure consistency with the brand tone and style. Manage and coordinate internal stakeholders What are we looking for? Want to know if this job is made for you? Clear and effective communication skills: you must be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders (agencies, tribes, marketing team, leadership team, etc.), ensuring everyone is aligned with the strategy. Knowledge of marketing, communication, and branding: you should have a sharp communication criteria, as well as knowledge of owned and paid media formats and opportunities to ensure maximum impact of each campaign based on business objectives and priorities. Manages Complexity: you makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. Strategic thinking, ability to detect opportunities. Creative thinking in search of differential and disruptive solutions. Adaptability and flexibility: being able to respond to change. Nimble Learning: you learn through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning fodder. Proactivity, innovation and resolution.
