- Identify, assess and prioritise partnership opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics and commercial value.
- Build business cases and lead partnership opportunities from evaluation and negotiation through to contracting, implementation and governance.
- Collaborate with teams across Business Banking, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Operations and Technology to successfully deliver partnership initiatives.
- Manage and optimise the partnership portfolio, tracking performance, customer outcomes and commercial impact while identifying future growth opportunities. What we're looking for

- Demonstrated ability to develop strategy, build business cases and influence investment or proposition decisions through data-driven insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse internal and external partners.
- Experience navigating complex organisations and delivering outcomes across multiple initiatives, from concept through to implementation.
