SIM Card Manager

Key Responsibilities

• SIM Card Procurement – Manage sourcing and procurement of SIM cards based on operational requirements.
• Documentation & KYC – Coordinate collection, verification, and maintenance of KYC documents required for SIM activation.
• End-to-End SIM Management – Manage the complete SIM lifecycle, including activation, allocation, usage monitoring, and deactivation.
• Spam & Usage Monitoring – Monitor numbers configured in the SIM card gateway and flag unusual, spam, or non-compliant usage.
• Inventory Management & Reporting – Maintain an updated inventory of active, inactive, allocated, and deactivated SIM cards and prepare regular reports.
• Agent Coordination – Follow up with agents to ensure timely submission of KYC and other required documents.
• SIM Deactivation – Identify SIMs that are no longer required and coordinate their timely deactivation.
• Demand Forecasting – Analyze current and projected operational requirements to forecast future SIM requirements.
• Data Management – Maintain accurate records of SIM numbers, users, status, activation/deactivation dates, usage, and related documentation.
• Compliance Management – Ensure SIM-related processes adhere to applicable telecom regulations and internal policies.
• Process Optimization – Identify gaps and implement improvements to make SIM management more efficient and controlled.
• Vendor Coordination – Coordinate with telecom operators/service providers for procurement, activation, replacement, troubleshooting, and other SIM-related issues.
• Cost Management – Track SIM-related costs and identify opportunities to optimize procurement and recurring usage expenses. Key Deliverables The person will be responsible for maintaining:

• SIM-to-agent/user mapping
• KYC documentation tracker
• Activation/deactivation tracker
• SIM gateway number mapping
• Usage and spam monitoring report
• Monthly SIM inventory and utilization report
• Vendor and cost tracking
