Job Description: This job is responsible for supporting Consumer Lending Business Unit through proactive operational oversight, operational change development & deployment and continual process improvement. Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement. Responsibilities:
- Provides strategic guidance to develop and analyze procedures to enhance unit and/or product-related activities
- Evaluates efficiencies and identifies areas of improvement and growth to the overall process, identifying data, metrics, and key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness.
- Aligns bank priorities and strategies to employee metrics and goals and provides interventions as needed to recognize, encourage, and improve team performance to support an inclusive work environment.
- Leads and ensures teams adhere to bank and regulatory policy and procedures when making decisions that impact various operations and product lines. Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 Years Change Management Experience
- Medium to Advanced Excel Proficiency
- Medium to Advanced Power Point Proficiency
- Advanced Communication Proficiency Desired Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years Home Lending Support or Execution Experience
- Six Sigma Yellow to Black Belt
