• every small thing counts. What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities:
• Develop, review, and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
• Monitor PM compliance and ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
• Manage critical spare parts inventory, stock levels, and Replenishment.
• Analyze equipment failures and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities.
• Track and report maintenance KPIs including Breakdown %, PM Compliance, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs.
• Support shutdown planning and major maintenance activities.
• Develop maintenance standards, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce losses.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, SHE, and Engineering teams to improve asset performance. What You Need to Succed Experiences & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and spare parts management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CMMS is preferred.
• Utilities systems knowledge (Steam, Compressed Air, Refrigeration, Water -Treatment, etc.) is a plus. Key Competencies
