This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Media Supervisor, (Healthcare) based in Brazil. This role leads the performance, strategy, and growth of major multi-channel paid media accounts within the healthcare sector. You will own account execution while partnering with senior media leaders to shape strategic direction and planning. The position combines hands-on campaign management, performance optimization, testing, reporting, and full-funnel media strategy. You will act as a trusted subject-matter expert for clients, translating performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. The role also includes mentoring Media Managers and helping strengthen their strategic and technical capabilities. You will continuously identify opportunities to expand channels, media investment, and account scope while testing emerging approaches. Working remotely with a high degree of autonomy, you will have a direct impact on client growth and measurable business outcomes.
