Job Description Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Specialist Finance in Cards Reconciliations Type of Employment: Permanent Location: Riga, Latvia Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
What You'll Do
- Reconcile general ledger accounts;
- Investigate discrepancies related to card transactions;
- Participate in month end closing processes according to the reporting schedule;
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives;
- Participate in projects.
What You'll Need
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics;
- Previous experience in accounting;
- Good computer skills, including Excel and other Microsoft Office tools;
- General understanding of ERP systems;
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe;
- Very good communication and collaboration skills;
- Precise, analytical, organized and stress resistant personality;
- Improvement driven mindset and strong team player skills.
