Director, Global Business Planning (FP&A)

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the Director, Global Business Planning, you will serve as the connective tissue of Arc'teryx's global financial planning process. You will own the consolidation of all regional financial plans, including annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, into a coherent, enterprise-wide view, enabling leadership to make informed decisions with speed and confidence. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that operates at the intersection of financial planning, strategic insight, and executive communication. You will serve as the primary architect of our financial planning calendar and cadence, partnering closely with regional and global FP&A teams to drive alignment, consistency, and analytical rigor across the enterprise. You will also own the financial systems infrastructure, reporting frameworks, and capital planning processes that power Arc'teryx's ability to plan and perform at a global scale. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. We are responsible for translating regional and functional performance into a unified financial narrative, providing leadership with the clarity to review past results, understand business drivers, and plan confidently for the future. We work closely with regional finance partners across North America, China, EMEA, and APAC, as well as functional leaders across the business, to deliver insights that matter.
