Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Location: Baner, Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3

  • 5 Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its suite of tools, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and more. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns while ensuring seamless integration with other Salesforce and third-party platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including data extensions, queries, automations, and journeys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio & Email Studio .
  • Create and optimize marketing emails and templates using AMP script , HTML , and CSS .
  • Configure and implement audience segmentation strategies and manage customer data within Marketing Cloud.
  • Develop custom scripts and logic using Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) and AMP script for advanced personalization.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns and journeys.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, processes, and workflows.
  • Provide technical expertise to marketing teams on leveraging the full capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
  • Strong proficiency with AMP script , SSJS , SQL , HTML , and CSS .
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud tools: Email Studio , Journey Builder , Automation Studio , and Content Builder .
  • Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem integration and data flow management.
  • Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for data integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and technical teams. Preferred:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer , Marketing Cloud Email Specialist ).
  • Experience with other Salesforce platforms, such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud .
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and advanced analytics tools.
  • Understanding of marketing automation best practices and multi-channel campaign strategies. Soft Skills
