Role Summary Drive the design management function for multiple infrastructure projects across India, driving design excellence, workplace innovation, sustainability, and execution readiness for campus developments, workplace transformations, fit-outs, and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead design management for Corporate Fit-outs, Green field Office Buildings, Workplace Transformation, and Infrastructure Projects for locations in India
- Manage the design lifecycle from Concept, Schematic Design, Detailed Design, Tender Documentation, and GFC deliverables.
- Review and optimize drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation to enhance quality, functionality, constructability, and cost efficiency.
- Establish and maintain design standards, specifications, and governance frameworks aligned with NBC 2016, ECBC, IGBC, LEED, sustainability goals, and organizational requirements.
- Coordinate with Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Contractors, and multidisciplinary teams including MEP & Technology.
- Conduct design reviews and site audits to ensure adherence to approved design intent and timely resolution of design and execution issues.
- Drive value engineering, innovation, new materials adoption, workplace strategies, and sustainability-focused solutions.
- Monitor design progress, identify risks proactively, and ensure timely closure of key deliverables.
- Ensure effective documentation, communication, and alignment with business, project, and operational stakeholders. Desired Competencies

- B. Arch / M. Arch or equivalent with significant Design Management experience.
- Proven experience in corporate workplaces, large campuses, commercial developments, or mixed-use projects or Fit-out Projects
- Exposure to Green Buildings, Workplace Strategy, and Sustainable Infrastructure is desirable. Education Bachelor of Engineering
