- Trainee Associate (0–24 months): ₹18,850/month (PMS/NATS/NAPS)
- Customer Service Associate (>24 months): ₹21,600/month Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist customers over phone with faults & account queries
- No sales, no targets, no bond
- Rotational shifts (Male logout till 12 AM; Female logout till 8 PM) Mandatory Documents
- 10th, 12th, all semester marksheets, Provisional & Degree Certificate
- PAN & Aadhaar
- If experienced: Offer Letter, Relieving Letter, Experience Certificate, last 3 months' salary slips Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (Graduation mandatory)
- Languages: Kannada+ English
- Willing to do rotational shifts
- Age: Less than 32 years Skills: Customer Support, Kannada, Customer Service Associate, Trainee Associate, English, Customer Service Experience: 0.00-2.00 Years
