Your Mission & Challenge
- You support our Growth team with market, competitor, and go-to-market analyses
- You contribute to strategic projects around NeuraGym and the Neuraverse
- You plan and coordinate projects and meetings
- You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior management
- You create presentations, reports, and decision-making materials
- You actively contribute to the further development of sales processes and organizational structures
- You bring structure to complex topics and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations What we're looking for
- You are currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (ideally from your 4th semester onwards)
- You have strong analytical thinking skills and a structured approach to solving new challenges
- You use AI tools confidently and purposefully as part of your daily workflow
- You are fluent in German and English (minimum B2+), as you will communicate internally and externally in both languages
- You are confident using Microsoft 365 and Claude
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
