Vidal Health Insurance TPA is hiring for HR-Intern/Executive role JD:

• Source candidates through various channels, including job sits, referral, etc .
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR support and guidance.
