Job Summary We are seeking a Lead Mobile Developer with 12+ years of overall software engineering experience, including 5+ years in mobile development and 4+ years of hands-on React Native experience . The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who actively contributes to development while providing technical direction, mentoring engineers, and owning key architectural decisions. You will help build scalable mobile solutions across iOS and Android for multiple restaurant brands. Key Responsibilities
• Hands-on Development: Design, develop, debug, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
• Architecture: Drive technical and architectural decisions, considering scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and provide technical guidance while remaining hands-on.
• Reusable Solutions: Build reusable components and shared modules across multiple mobile applications and brands.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, UX/UI, QA, Backend, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Technical Communication: Lead technical discussions and clearly communicate technical decisions, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations.
• Performance & Quality: Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure mobile applications are reliable, performant, and production-ready. Required Qualifications
• 12+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of mobile development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on React Native experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin and Flutter .
• Strong experience developing for both iOS and Android .
• Experience with mobile architecture, reusable components, APIs, debugging, and CI/CD.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural decision-making .
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and lead discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Location: MEX Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time
