Sourcing Specialist Shift: General Shift(11 am to 8 pm) Working Model
- Hybrid working model Role Type: Individual Contributor Daily roles and Responsibilities
- After discussing with our current contractors, they are currently asked to work on a number of bulk hiring roles.
- It is a really fast-paced environment. They have to make at least 10 submissions in a day (including Non-IT and IT roles)
- Majorly they have to perform sourcing and screening of candidates. Once the candidate is shortlisted and moves to the interview stage, other team will start coordinating on the same. Experience Required
- Working experience as a recruiter (Domestic)
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
- Hands on experience with Boolean search strings.(Very good knowledge)
- Hands on experience on Job Portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter. (Mandatory)
- Worked on both IT and NON-IT requirements.
- Experience on bulk hiring. Soft Skills
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills, Multi-tasking and Attention to details. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience to handle various stakeholders and understand business requirements
- Excellent written communication
- Strong sourcing capability, Stakeholder understanding, & Candidate engagement skills
- Customer-centric mindset
- Ability to accept coaching and feedback Skills: Sourcing, Bulk Hiring Experience: 2.00-5.00 Years
