This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Conseiller(ère) bilingue en technologie based in Canada. This role provides trusted technology support to independent financial advisors across Quebec and Eastern Canada. You’ll help users resolve technology issues, navigate approved tools and services, and maintain productive day-to-day operations. The position combines hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, user education, and coordination with internal technology teams. You’ll also provide practical guidance on cybersecurity, data handling, technology risks, and approved technology standards. The role is highly service-oriented and requires the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for users with varying levels of technical expertise. You’ll work in both French and English while supporting a geographically distributed advisor community and collaborating with internal partners.
