Description Join our dynamic team as a Valet Attendant and provide exceptional service to our guests by ensuring their vehicles are handled with care and professionalism. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be the face of our hospitality experience, combining customer service skills with efficient vehicle management. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with parking and retrieving vehicles in a courteous manner
- Ensure the safety and security of all vehicles parked on the premises
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies related to vehicle handling and guest interactions
- Assist with other guest service duties as needed Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
