Purpose of
POSITION: The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting with management of all operations of Royal Street Café and The Sticky Wicket.
Job Duties and
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and manage café staff
- Maintain and/or help implement new efficient work methods and systems
- Assist with bussing, serving, expediting, or bartending as needed
- Ensure excellent guest service
- Process any pertinent voids or errors on the Infogenesis point of sale system
- Oversee all products and liquor ordering and storage
- Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS:
- One year of experience in restaurant supervision or management required
- Experience with POS systems
- Experience with bartending, draft, and metered pouring
- Must be “Tips” certified and possess a Utah Food Handler’s card
- Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. and withstand frequent up-and-down/ twisting/ repetitive movements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
