- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and references
- Make calls to candidates and explain available job opportunities
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screening and basic interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets
- Support the HR team in bulk and urgent hiring requirements Requirements
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Comfortable making recruitment calls.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
