Description As a member of the Business Intelligence team, the Business Intelligence & Data Solutions Analyst transforms enterprise data and business requirements into trusted analytics, reporting, and workflow solutions. The role supports all business lines through development in Creatio, Power BI, and Cognos Analytics/IBM Business Analytics; contributes to data governance and data architecture; and delivers secure, scalable insights that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, risk management, and overall business performance. This is a hybrid position and requires onsite work multiple times each week in Hyannis, Massachusetts.
Essential Responsibilities
· Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic, operational, regulatory, and customer-experience needs into clear data, reporting, dashboard, and workflow requirements. · Develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Creatio solutions, including business processes, objects, pages, dashboards, integrations, and role-based access, in accordance with established change-management standards. · Develop and deliver role-based Creatio onboarding and new-hire training, maintain supporting guides and job aids, and reinforce adoption of approved CRM processes and data-entry standards. · Partner with the Creatio product owner and business stakeholders to assess enhancement requests, document priorities and dependencies, and support completion and ongoing maintenance of the CRM roadmap. · Coordinate the administration and controlled promotion of Creatio configurations across development, test, and production environments, including release readiness, regression testing, deployment validation, and environment documentation. · Serve as backup Creatio administrator by supporting user provisioning, roles and permissions, system settings, reference data, scheduled processes, monitoring, and routine platform maintenance in accordance with security and change-control requirements. · Field and triage end-user inquiries, troubleshoot access, data, workflow, and usability issues, document resolutions, escalate defects when needed, and identify recurring themes that inform training and roadmap priorities. · Design and maintain Power BI semantic models, data transformations, DAX measures, interactive dashboards, scheduled refreshes, security rules, and reusable reporting assets. · Develop and support Cognos Analytics/IBM Business Analytics reports, dashboards, packages, queries, and scheduled distributions for recurring and ad hoc business needs. · Extract, profile, cleanse, reconcile, and analyze data from the Bank’s core processing system, CRM, financial platforms, and other enterprise sources using SQL and approved analytical tools. · Create and maintain logical data models, shared definitions, source-to-target mappings, data lineage, and architecture documentation that support scalable integration and analytics. · Apply data governance standards by documenting business terms, data owners and stewards, classifications, quality rules, authoritative sources, retention expectations, and access requirements. · Monitor data quality, report accuracy, performance, refresh activity, and solution adoption; investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate remediation. · Design governed self-service analytics that balance accessibility with security, privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements. · Analyze trends, customer and product behavior, financial performance, operational efficiency, and sales and service opportunities; clearly communicate insights and recommended actions. · Develop forecasting, performance measurement, and management-reporting solutions that support informed strategic and tactical decisions. · Prepare technical specifications, test plans, release notes, data dictionaries, user guides, and support documentation; coordinate user acceptance testing and production validation. · Provide training and ongoing support to business users, promote data literacy, and identify opportunities to automate manual processes and modernize legacy reporting. · Collaborate with Technology, Information Security, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and business-line partners to deliver reliable solutions aligned with enterprise priorities. QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered. · Two or more years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, application development, reporting, or data management; banking or financial-services experience is preferred. · Hands-on experience developing or configuring solutions in Creatio or a comparable low-code CRM or business-process platform. · Proficiency with Power BI, including Power Query, data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, publishing, refresh management, and row-level security. · Experience with Cognos Analytics/IBM Business Analytics or a comparable enterprise reporting platform, including report authoring and scheduled delivery. · Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data integration concepts, dimensional modeling, and data architecture principles. · Understanding of data governance practices, including metadata, data lineage, data quality, stewardship, classification, access controls, and documentation. · Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. · Ability to gather requirements, manage work through a development lifecycle, perform testing and validation, troubleshoot issues, and clearly document solutions. · Knowledge of banking products, core processing systems, procedures, internal controls, privacy expectations, and applicable regulations is preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis.
