About the role At Q-CTRL, we don’t treat IT as a back-office gatekeeper; we see it as a core enabler of security, productivity and scale. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on IT leader to take ownership of our global environment, someone who rejects cookie cutter enterprise dogma in favor of pragmatic, high-impact systems and processes built for a fast-moving technology company. This is a broad role by design. You’ll work across identity and access, SaaS platforms, endpoint management, networking, infrastructure, service delivery and vendor management, balancing long-term IT strategy with the practical, day-to-day delivery of IT services across a growing, global team. You’ll have the opportunity to simplify and strengthen our environment, improve automation and employee experience, establish consistent standards across regions, and shape an IT roadmap that supports both current operations and future growth.
