Jr. Manager Business Development

As a Junior Business Development Manager at FlixBus Canada , you will play a key role in supporting our growth across the country. As part of the Business Development and Operations team, you will help identify , onboard, and manage local operator partners that contribute to expanding and strengthening the FlixBus network. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to develop their commercial and strategic skills in a fast-paced, international environment. About the Role

• Support the identification, evaluation, and development of new operator and strategic partnerships to help expand and strengthen FlixBus’s network in Canada.
• Help maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring compliance with FlixBus standards and supporting their performance growth.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Track and analyze partner performance metrics, preparing summaries and insights for internal reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Network Planning, Operations, Government Relations and Marketing to align local projects and initiatives.
• Occasionally represent FlixBus in meetings or events with partners and stakeholders. About You
• Bachelor’s degree in Business , Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1+ years of experience in business development, account management, operations, or a related field. Experience in transportation or mobility is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English required ; proficiency in French is a strong asset.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently within a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada and the United States . We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
