Job Description Summary Work as Sourcing Intern to focus on supplier fulfillment follow up and supplier payment follow up. Supporting Vietnam repair shop and other repair shop in different countries, for example Singapore repair shop. Job Description I. Roles and Responsibilities Supplier fulfillments follow up
- Follow the instruction from sourcing team and track supplier delivery plan
- Record supplier delivery status and follow up with shop operation team on any fulfillment risk
- Understand the supplier delivery issue and work with suppliers on the improvement plan Supplier payment follow up
- Learn and Work with sourcing and AP team on the supplier payment progress
- Check payment on hold list, understand the issues and define the solution with AP and operation team
- Work on the solution to clear the AP hold with workflow tracking
- Summarize the issues and root cause, share with leaders and work on the improvement Supplier documentations
- Work with sourcing team to organize the supplier documents
- Learn and understand the key documents needed for sourcing
- Prepare the folder online and sort out the document in online system II. Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sourcing, Logistics, Import/Export
- English language
- Advance
- Experience with sourcing projects, such as supplier selection, contract negotiation, or cost analysis.
