  • You will provide information via telephone, email, and in person on a variety of subjects relating to housing for military personnel.
  • You will work with building manager to schedule check-in and check-out appointments.
  • You will explain specific Unaccompanied Housing rules and regulations.
  • You will inspect vacant rooms and common areas daily for cleanliness and maintenance problems.
  • You will assist in ensuring common spaces and rooms are properly maintained for adequate living and ready for assignment to newly arriving personnel. Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of general experience at or equivalent to the GS-4 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing information via telephone, email and in person on a variety of subjects relating to unaccompanied housing for military personnel; 2) Ensuring proper record keeping in the Unaccompanied Housing Module (UHM) of enterprise Military Housing (eMH); 3) Coordinating with Facilities Management Specialist (FMS) to ensure timely completion of berthing maintenance projects; 4) Inspecting rooms for cleanliness, appearance and maintenance discrepancies routinely to determine if procedures are being followed.
