Program Operations Associate

About the Role We are looking for a Program Operations Associate to drive seamless execution across our university partnerships and internal teams. This role sits at the core of program delivery—ensuring that launches, learner communications, and operational workflows run with precision. You will work closely with university partners, sales, and internal teams to ensure that every cohort is executed to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Program Launch Coordination ● Coordinate with university partners on new programs, new cohorts of existing programs and on program specific. ● Support program launches and ensure operational readiness to go live. ● Coordinate with internal teams- marketing, operations, sales- to ensure smooth launch University & Internal Stakeholder Management ● Act as a single point of coordination between university stakeholders and internal teams ● Ensure alignment on schedules, communications, and deliverables ● Maintain structured updates and documentation Sales & Communication Support ● Handle specific queries from the sales team related to program delivery and operations ● Validate and ensure accuracy of information being shared with learners ● Standardize and manage outbound communication for consistency and clarity Operational Excellence ● Own dispatch tracking (certificates, study materials, etc.) and ensure timely delivery ● Build and maintain trackers, SOPs, and process documentation ● Identify gaps in execution and drive process improvements What We’re Looking For ● 0–2 years of experience in operations, program management, or coordination roles ● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously ● Clear communication skills (written and verbal) ● High ownership mindset with the ability to follow through on tasks ● Comfort working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment What You’ll Gain ● Exposure to high-impact EdTech program delivery ● Hands-on experience working with top universities and cross-functional teams ● Strong foundation in operations, stakeholder management, and program execution Why Join Us At Accredian, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality executive education programs.
