About the Role As an Analyst II, Business Systems Analysis, you will be responsible for the accurate analysis, implementation, and verification of change requests within agreed service levels. You will investigate requests, identify appropriate solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of operational changes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining service quality, reducing operational risk, and supporting client outcomes. Success is measured through accuracy, timeliness, quality assurance, and continuous improvement contributions. What You Will Be Doing

  • Analyse, implement, and validate change requests in accordance with established operational standards and procedures.
  • Investigate issues, assess impacts, and determine effective solutions to support client and business requirements.
  • Ensure all assigned requests are completed accurately within agreed service levels and quality expectations.
  • Perform detailed verification activities to minimise operational risk and prevent processing errors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to support change implementation and resolution activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails for all changes and operational activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, documentation, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, team capability development, and operational best practices.
  • Support governance, compliance, and quality assurance activities to ensure controlled change delivery.
  • Apply technical expertise and sound judgement to resolve complex operational requests and challenges. Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing, implementing, and validating operational or system changes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high levels of accuracy.
  • Experience assessing and mitigating operational risk through quality control and verification processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet established service level commitments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • Experience creating and maintaining process documentation, procedures, and operational records.
  • Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education, training, and practical experience. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within financial services, fintech, or highly regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of change management, operational controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to coach, train, or support colleagues through knowledge sharing activities.
  • Experience working across multiple products, platforms, or business applications.

The pay range for this full-time position is 98,050.00
  • 130,000 PLN Annual and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
