- Ensure reliable operation of critical mechanical infrastructure including HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and associated systems.
- Monitor mechanical system performance and conduct troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Support incident response and root cause analysis for mechanical equipment failures.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures, safety requirements, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for servicing and repair activities.
- Identify opportunities for energy optimization and mechanical system improvements
