Night Auditor

Job Description: Job Summary The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and guest services during the overnight shift, ensuring a smooth transition between accounting days and providing excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities * Reconcile all financial activities from the previous day, verifying the accuracy of income and expenses. * Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously during the overnight hours. * Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. * Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. * Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to appropriate personnel. * Process reservations and cancellations accurately using the property management system. * Conduct regular property walks to ensure guest safety and security. Job Qualifications * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during the overnight shift. * Exceptional customer service and communication skills. * Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively. * Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
