About The Role Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic located at Knox in a full-time (Mon-Fri) capacity. The role will also require rotation through our Boronia site and other nearby clinics. As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for
- Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
- Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
- Enter and update patient registration details
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times This is an outstanding opportunity for those who are eager to learn, driven, resilient and empathetic, whilst also possessing a strong customer service background. About You
- Customer Focus: Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus!
- Willingness to Learn: Ready to dive into medical imaging terminology.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced computer and keyboard skills are a must.
