This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engenheiro de Dados Sênior GCP/DBT based in Brazil. This is a senior-level opportunity to design, build, and evolve cloud-based data pipelines and models using GCP and dbt. You will join a data-focused squad within a large financial institution, contributing to the modernization and reliability of critical data environments. The role combines hands-on engineering with architectural thinking, performance optimization, data quality, security, and governance. You will collaborate closely with Data Science, BI, Data Engineering, and business teams to solve complex data challenges. As part of a data community of practice, you will also share technical knowledge, establish standards, and contribute to the organization’s data maturity. The position offers significant autonomy in diagnosing problems, designing solutions, and documenting scalable approaches.
