Job Purpose Develop and secure Carrier product specifications through early engagement with consultants, developers and key project stakeholders to maximize project conversion and market share. Key Responsibilities Consultant Coverage

  • Develop relationships with M&E consultants, design institutes and project design teams.
  • Promote Carrier technologies and solutions through technical presentations and seminars.
  • Establish Carrier as a preferred specification brand. Project Identification
  • Track projects from Concept and Design stages.
  • Identify opportunities before tender phase.
  • Build and maintain project visibility and market intelligence. Technical Support
  • Provide technical support and product selection guidance.
  • Assist consultants in system optimization and equipment selection.
  • Support preparation of technical submissions and compliance documents. Specification Management
  • Secure Carrier inclusion in project specifications.
  • Monitor specification status and competitor positioning.
  • Coordinate transition of specified projects to sales pursuit stage. Market Development
  • Organize technical seminars and consultant workshops.
  • Support marketing initiatives and technical promotion activities.
  • Maintain consultant database and engagement plans. Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or related discipline. Experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HVAC design, consulting, application engineering or technical sales. Skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of chilled water systems and HVAC applications.
  • Presentation and influencing skills.
  • Relationship-building capability.
