Position Summary: Information Security Analyst (ISA) is responsible for monitoring the Information systems and network for information security threats. Individual will analyze these threats and remediate or recommend ways to mitigate them. ISA will be responsible for scheduling vulnerability meetings and reviewing and tracking identified vulnerabilities until remediated. ISA will be responsible for reviewing all security systems and alerts for anomalies and then investigate the alerts and anomalies. Additionally, the ISA will report any found incidents according to the incident response plan. Key Responsibilities
• Annually help the Information Security Officer conduct an IT Risk Assessment
• Daily review of SEIM reports and investigate any anomalies; Investigate any SEIM Alerts
• Review the following on a regular basis: I-Series PFTs for changes, I-Series System Values for changes, I-Series Compliance Monitor reports for issues, Active Directory Group memberships for issues, All administrative accounts on Active Directory, Network Devices and on the I-Series for issues, Firewall rules for issues
• Assist with Annual Information Security and Incident Response training as needed
• Understand Bank policies and procedures

• Associates degree in Computer Science or a related field or at least two years of information security experience
• Working knowledge of client/server networks and security tools to test and evaluate existing security issues, and a general familiarity with general business software
• Must have CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ certifications or be willing to complete the requirements to obtain these certifications Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or at least three or more years of information security experience
• General banking experience to include banking regulations, specifically security and compliance regulations
• Understanding of federal and state agency security requirements Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management in a professional manner
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Work Environment
• Primarily office or branch-based environment with standard business hours. Occasional travel to other branch locations or community events may be required
• Occasional work outside of traditional work hours may be required
• Daily extended use of banking software, secure digital platforms, and standard office equipment
• Repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
