Enterprise Product Manager The Role Lyrebird is already trusted by thousands of clinicians, and the largest health organisations in Australia and the UK are now rolling it out across their entire workforce. This is a new role, created to lead the next chapter of our enterprise product as those deployments grow in size and ambition. You'll own the enterprise product end to end: the core platform capability that serves every enterprise customer, and the tailored work that deepens our partnership with specific ones. You'll have a real roadmap, a real engineering team, and the scope to shape where enterprise goes next. A good week in this role might include a roadmap session with a state health service's IT team, a deep dive with a private hospital group to understand what's behind their latest request and how it could become something every enterprise customer benefits from, and a morning with engineering working out which of three competing priorities goes first. Your customers are the people deploying Lyrebird across their organisation, not the clinicians themselves, so you'll spend more time in customer conversations than most PMs do. If you enjoy that mix, and like being the person who makes the call when everything seems urgent, you'll do well here. About Us Every day in Australia, 10 people die from preventable medical errors. Not from incurable diseases, but from misdiagnosis, missed information, and clinicians making decisions under impossible pressure. At the centre of that failure is a doctor spending 40% of their day on paperwork instead of patients. Lyrebird is fixing that. We turn real clinical conversations into accurate notes, automatically, backed by ambient real time document creation, intelligent document management and clinical workflow automation, native patient data integrations across siloed health systems, and a patient and clinical communications layer. Thousands of clinicians across multiple disciplines use Lyrebird every day in environments where accuracy, safety, and time matter deeply. We're growing fast across Melbourne, the UK, and Asia, and there's a finite window right now to set the standard for clinical AI in Australia before anyone else does. What you'll do

  • Own the enterprise product, extending how Lyrebird serves hospitals, health services and multi-site groups: org hierarchy, SSO and provisioning, admin tooling, template governance, audit and usage reporting
  • Shape the enterprise roadmap, sequencing the platform capability that unlocks our next wave of large-scale deployments, and use it as a tool to communicate direction to customers, setting clear expectations about what's coming and when.
  • Build and own the prioritisation framework for enterprise, with clear, written criteria for core and tailored work that the whole business can rely on
  • Bring several independent streams of enterprise requests into one set of priorities, so every request has a clear home, a priority and a rationale anyone can explain
  • Turn tailored customer requests into buildable solutions, and spot the ones that are really core product needs wearing a customer's name
  • Stand up the voice-of-customer loop, spending real time with senior customer stakeholders and making sure what they tell you shapes what gets built
  • Drive roadmap decisions from usage and adoption data, working hand in hand with our UK team so every market benefits from what we learn
  • Deliver customer-specific integrations and workflows for some of the largest health organisations in the country, coordinating across engineering teams you don't own What you'll bring
  • Experience owning a B2B or enterprise product end to end, shipped for large, complex organisations with their own governance, stakeholders and procurement
  • A track record of handling bespoke customer work without refusing it outright or letting it consume the roadmap, and the real examples to show how you made those calls
  • A habit of prioritising with written, defensible criteria, and the ability to walk through the trade-offs behind decisions you've made
  • Credibility in the room with senior enterprise customers: presenting and defending a roadmap to an executive or IT lead, and knowing when to hold the line and when to change course
  • The technical fluency to work credibly with engineers on architecture, integration and feasibility, and to land dependencies with teams that have their own roadmaps Nice to have
  • Experience in health tech, clinical software or another regulated domain, including familiarity with EMRs and Australian health system structures such as LHDs, HHSs and private hospital groups
  • Hands-on experience building enterprise platform capability (SSO, provisioning, permissions, audit) or integration depth with HL7, FHIR and identity
  • An understanding of what hospital security, privacy and information-governance reviews demand of a vendor
  • Experience working across two markets with different regulatory requirements, or standing up a voice-of-customer loop from scratch When a hospital rolls Lyrebird out to every clinician on every ward, the product has to work for the organisation as well as for the doctor in the room. The enterprise product is how thousands more clinicians spend their time on patients instead of paperwork, in the places where the pressure, and the risk of something being missed, is highest. That's the work. We're building a team that reflects the diversity of the people who benefit from our work. We want Lyrebird to be a place where everyone feels safe, supported, and able to thrive. If you're from an underrepresented background in tech, we strongly encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet every requirement.
