This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an HR Manager based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead HR operations for a fast-growing fulfillment center in Lewisville, Texas. As the onsite HR Manager, you will serve as the primary people partner to site leadership and a large, dynamic workforce. You will oversee the employee lifecycle while helping create a positive, productive, and compliant workplace environment. The role combines employee relations, HR program execution, workforce support, compliance, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with operational leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and continuously improve the employee experience.
