We are looking for a dynamic ,motivated and passionate persons with 1 to 5 years of experience in US Helathcare Staffing to join our team as a US Healthcare Recruiter . The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in Helathcare recruitment and possess strong communication skills. Qualifications:
- Any Degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process for US-based Helathcare Positions
- Clinical Supervisor,Board Certified Behavior Analyst,Director of Operations,Licensed Clinical Therapist,Nurse Practitioner,Nurse Supervisor,Pediatric Dentist,Optometrist,Bilingual PA or NP
- Primary Care,etc....
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers
- Support the team with various administrative tasks related to recruitment Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge & Experience of Helathcare job roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
