The Transportation Specialist supports the Third Party Carriers Operations team in Brazil, ensuring daily operational excellence across commercial carrier partners. This execution-focused role is responsible for monitoring carrier performance metrics, managing operational escalations, supporting volume allocation processes, and generating performance reports. The associate works closely with Carrier Managers to ensure carriers meet Service Level Agreements on quality (DEA), speed (GVS), cost (CPP), and losses (DNR and Shrinkage), acting as the operational backbone that enables data-driven decision-making and timely issue resolution across the 3P carrier network. Key job responsibilities
- Monitor daily carrier performance metrics (MNR, Estimated Return Date, Shrinkage, DEA) and flag deviations to Carrier Managers for action
- Manage operational escalations with 3P carriers, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and closed within SLA
- Support daily volume allocation and capacity execution across the carrier network
- Generate and maintain daily/weekly performance reports and dashboards tracking carrier KPIs
- Coordinate package return processes and track reverse logistics performance
- Support onboarding activities for new carriers by managing operational readiness checklists and configuration tickets
- Act as operational point of contact for cross-functional teams (Sort Centers, AMZL, Seller Flex, Easy Ship) on 3P Carrier daily topics Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (especially Excel)
- Work any shift pattern within the 24/7/365 operation including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Control Tower operations Preferred qualifications
- Experience in data analysis

- Experience in logistics
