Position Requirements Description North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our established and growing team. This unique opportunity offers the rare combination of a thriving cardiac practice, exceptional compensation, and a true 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule, allowing you to enjoy approximately half the year off while maintaining a highly rewarding career. - Approximately 26 Working Weeks Per Year Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements
- M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
- TEE proficiency is required
- Completion of Cardiac Fellowship
- ECFMG and FLEX
- Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
- Currently licensed as a physician Baptist Memorial Hospital
