Senior Casting Technology Manufacturing Engineer

Our partner is looking for a Senior Casting Technology Manufacturing Engineer based in United States. This fully remote role provides technical leadership across casting manufacturing processes supporting airfoil and structural casting operations. You’ll help advance supplier capabilities, improve manufacturability, reduce costs, and introduce new casting technologies. The position combines process engineering, supplier development, technology industrialization, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with quality, design, sourcing, and supplier teams to translate technical objectives into measurable manufacturing improvements. The role offers the opportunity to influence new product introduction and technology maturation while driving continuous improvement. You’ll operate in a technically demanding aerospace environment where analytical problem-solving and practical execution are highly valued. The position is primarily aligned with Eastern Time and involves approximately 25–50% travel, including onboarding visits to Cincinnati.
