About the role As our Customer Planning Manager, you'll build an accurate demand and sales forecast for Amazon across nine Western European markets. You'll translate retail, market and business insights into actionable plans, lead the monthly planning cycle, and identify risks and opportunities against business targets. You'll strengthen forecasting with Amazon while supporting product launches and strategic growth initiatives. Please note: This is a fixed-term contract until the end of October 2027. This position will be based in our London Hub or our Grasbrunn office near Munich and follows a hybrid working model with three days in the office and up to two days remotely. • Applied advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, scenario modelling, forecasting models or automation.
  • Created clear PowerPoint materials that turn complex data into recommendations for senior stakeholders.
