Responsible for market development, and operational sales work with assigned Key Accounts. Leads sales and product management efforts to assigned Automotive Key Accounts. Leads the selling process for all battery products. Acts as primary point of contact for assigned Key Accounts. Leverages relationship between customer, market and Cygni management. Currently, CYGNI seeks your application for Site Engineer – ESS & Telecom for earliest joining. Location: Dholera, Gujarat What you’ll Get to Do: Role & Responsibilities
  • Supervise and ensure compliant site execution of BESS, PCS, transformers, MV/LV panels, cables and auxiliary systems as per approved drawings, LOA/contract, specifications and quality requirements.
  • Supervise installation, testing and commissioning activities and provide technical support to vendors and subcontractors.
  • Review and follow SLDs, electrical layouts, cable schedules, construction drawings and approved specifications during site execution.
  • Monitor workmanship and ensure quality, safety and compliance at site; support site inspections, testing and punch-point closure.
  • Coordinate with BESS/PCS OEMs, EMS/SCADA vendors, testing agencies and subcontractors for installation, troubleshooting and commissioning.
  • Support EMS, SCADA and system integration, including communication/interface checks and coordination with respective vendors.
  • Monitor subcontractor manpower, work progress and adherence to approved drawings, method statements and project schedule.
  • Maintain site records, inspection reports, testing/commissioning documents and daily progress reports.
  • Support the 1-year plant O&M activities, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and coordination with OEMs/service teams.
  • Report site progress, technical issues, quality concerns and required actions to the Site Manager. Required Experience & Skills
  • 3–5 years of relevant electrical site/construction experience, preferably in BESS, utility-scale solar, substations or power projects.
  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M Tech/Diploma – Electrical/Electronic Engineering Good understanding of BESS, PCS, transformers, MV/LV systems, cables, auxiliaries and electrical protection.
  • Ability to read and understand SLDs, electrical/layout drawings and construction drawings.
  • Exposure to EMS, SCADA and communication/system integration will be preferred.
  • Strong skills in site supervision, subcontractor coordination, quality control, safety and troubleshooting.
  • BESS/Utility-scale project experience and exposure to testing, commissioning and plant O&M will be an added advantage.
