Role Overview The HR Generalist, Strategic Programs supports a variety of HR programs and projects that contribute to broader strategic HR objectives. Working with HR leaders and stakeholders across the organization, this role helps coordinate and execute initiatives across HR programs, technology, data, and process improvement, while also supporting HR technology and AI initiatives, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), data analysis and reporting, technology implementation, change management, communications, training, and adoption measurement.
