🏥🏥 Full-Time Staff Nurses – 12-Hour Shifts (3 Shifts per Week) Now Hiring: LPNs & RNs Join the Team At 5 Star Cares, we believe in personalized, high-quality care. - Rotating weekends required Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with established care plans
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately
- Submit timely progress reports to the clinical team and physicians
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on orders and assessments Preferred Skills & Experience
- Pediatric and young adult care
- Trach and G-tube management
- Ventilator experience (preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Florida RN or LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Must pass ACHA Level 2 screening-
