Industrial Painter / Shop Technician Location: York, PA Job Type: Contract to Hire Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift Available Pay: Up to $23.00/hour, depending on experience 2nd Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Industrial Painter / Shop Technician to assist with painting and general production work. Painting accounts for about 20% of the position, with the remaining time focused on material handling, rigging, equipment operation, and other shop duties.
