Position: Cooling System Design Engineer Company: Tata Technologies Payroll: T&M Services Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (Third-Party Payroll) Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune Experience: 2–4 Years Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or related discipline Domain: Automotive – Powertrain / Cooling Systems Job Summary We are looking for a Cooling System Design Engineer with experience in automotive cooling system design and CATIA. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing cooling system components and delivering accurate 2D/3D CAD models as per project requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop cooling system components such as hoses, degas tanks, heat exchangers, radiators , etc.
- Create and deliver 2D/3D CAD models using CATIA V5/V6 .
- Support design reviews, engineering changes, and project timelines.
- Ensure timely CAD completion for S/T/P releases .
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end design delivery.
- Ensure designs meet vehicle packaging and manufacturing requirements .
- Support Commodity Release, Change Management, Proto BOM and Production BOM activities.
- Apply plastic and sheet metal design guidelines and manufacturing considerations. Required Skills
