E-Commerce Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an E-Commerce Recruiter based in Mexico. This role is an opportunity to recruit high-quality talent for fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce and digital businesses. You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates to interviews, coordination, and offer closure. The position requires a strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and the diverse talent needed across commercial, marketing, operations, product, technology, and customer experience functions. You’ll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to develop targeted sourcing strategies and deliver business-aligned hiring outcomes. The environment is fast-paced and remote, with significant autonomy and responsibility across multiple requisitions and talent pipelines. Success in this role comes from combining strong recruiting expertise with commercial awareness, relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify exceptional candidates. The position is full-time and aligned with U.S. business hours, with required overlap during Pacific Standard Time.
