This is where Artificial Intelligence comes to life The Mechanical Development team designs the drives, structural parts, and peripherals of our robots. From first concept to manufacturing-ready drawing, this is where lightweight, precise, and series-ready components come to life. Your mission & challenges You develop compact, highly integrated electric machines for our robotic drives – from sizing to series release.
- Designing and integrating electric machines (rotor, stator, housing, bearings)
- Collaborating with electromagnetic and thermal simulation during sizing
- Creating manufacturing-ready 3D models and drawings
- Building and supporting prototypes, samples, and tests
- Coordinating with suppliers on manufacturing and winding technologies What we're looking for
- Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics
- Experience in the design or development of electric machines
- Understanding of electromagnetics, thermal behavior, and manufacturing processes (stamping, winding, potting)
- Confident use of 3D CAD
- Hands-on mentality and quality awareness
