- Processes and enters customer orders into internal systems
- Tracks orders throughout their lifecycle
- Ensures accuracy of data and timely order processing
- Communicates with colleagues via Microsoft Teams to clarify order details and quotations
- Handles primarily written communication via email; participates in occasional calls and training sessions with colleagues in France
- Works in an international environment with a hybrid working model
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 – 19:00 Our ideal colleague:
- Has good teamwork skills and cheerful attitude
- Feels comfortable speaking and writing in French (B2) and in English (B2)
- Owns the ability to prioritize work
- Can multi-task and respond to rapid change without any worries
- Understands well the principles and foundations of MS Office Programs
- Has previous experience in order management/data processing or other equivalent (considered an advantage) What we have for you:
