This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Commercial Legal Apprentice based in India. This is a 6-month apprenticeship within a fast-paced, globally distributed Legal team. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to commercial contracting across go-to-market and vendor agreements. The role offers practical experience with contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Order Forms, and Amendments. You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Events, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Security. You’ll also develop practical skills in legal research, contract lifecycle management, compliance, and legal operations. The position is designed as a learning-intensive opportunity for someone interested in commercial law and technology transactions. As part of a remote-first environment, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple international time zones.
