This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager
- Experience Optimization based in India. This role offers an opportunity to shape and optimize complex Web3 product experiences across critical user journeys. You will define product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and phased delivery plans focused on reducing friction and improving workflow efficiency, clarity, and conversion. Using product data, funnel analysis, experimentation, and operational insights, you will identify opportunities and measure their impact. You will work across Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Compliance, and business teams to turn insights into scalable solutions. The role requires balancing user experience, commercial objectives, technical considerations, and regulatory requirements within a fast-moving Web3 environment. It is well suited to an experienced product leader who combines strong systems thinking with highly data-driven execution.
